Dare to Sing at the Top of Your Lungs

Solstice Spirit Webinars were born out of the predictions that the world was coming to an end on December 21, 2012.  Instead of fearing apocalyptic visions of civilizations falling into crevasses of catastrophies,  I (and many others) chose to view the time as a transition into a world of love with less materialism and ego-based position of wealth.

In a series of interviews during the Solstices and Equinoxes, culminating in the Winter Solstice of 2012, I interviewed people who I had learned shared this view.  The inspirational dialogues are full of hope and energy, looking forward with excitement and passion to a world where we help each other, nurture our planet and our souls to make the world a better place to live.

Take a listen and join in the conversation.  We’re all in this together and everyone’s opinions matter.

A writer and musician, Kip de Moll has been posing as a contractor in Vermont for the last 25 years. In 2008, threatened by the perfect storm of crisis, he faced his fears and embraced his long-repressed passions for writing and music. Beginning with a blog describing the transformation and celebrating the joyful spirit that rises out of living, Kip began to leave his expectations behind and follow his dreams.

Zen front coverForming the band Birchwood Coupe to showcase his original music, he has played throughout Vermont and parts of New England, enjoying the stages of top clubs in Philadelphia and culminating in the shows at the Bitter End in New York. His music sings of the love that keeps us going when times are rough and the joy that illuminates the highs.

Small ChangeThis year, Kip has published a collection of short stories about transformations entitled “Small Change”. His blog essays have been gathered together and enriched with a narrative that moves forward and back through his life to tell an inspiring tale of self-discovery and incorruptable optimism. “Zen & the Art of the Midlife Crisis” is available as a print book and ebook for a reduced rate as a special through this site.

A sample of the music is found here and on most of the interviews.
